II . Profile published quality standards of food production in the country ( except for functional foods and fortified foods micronutrients ) , comprising :
1 ) Declaration of appropriate food safety regulations ( prescribed form )
2 ) The information and products ( prescribed form )
3 ) product test results within 12 months , including the main quality indicators , safety indicators by testing labs state agency or authority designated independent laboratory accredited level ( 03 a certified copy ) ;
4 ) quality control plan be developed and applied in the form ( form provided )
5 ) Periodic monitoring plan ( 03 copies certified by the enterprise) ;
6 ) Form the product labels ( 03 copies certified by the enterprise) ;
7 ) business registration certificate of business or food certificates for legal organizations and individuals ( 03 certified copy ) ;
8 ) Certificate of eligible basis of food safety for facilities subject to the certification basis of qualified food safety in accordance with ( 03 certified copy ) ;
9 ) appropriate certificate HACCP or ISO 22000 or equivalent in the case of organizations and individuals to produce products with quality management system is certified to HACCP or ISO 22000 or equivalent ( 03 a certified copy ) .
III . Services done : Set up profiles published standards of food quality including :
1 ) The published product specifications ;
2 ) Testing of the product;
3 ) The decision to apply product standards ;
4 ) The standard basis ;
5 ) The draft product label side ;
6 ) Apply for and receive the results .
IV . Time published food quality standards :
1 ) Time to complete announced product standard is 15 days .
2 ) The validity of the receipt of product standards was published 03 years .

5 ) CF – Certificate of Free Sale ( certificate of free sale ) .
II . Profile published quality standards for food products imported ( except for functional foods and fortified foods micronutrients ) , comprising :
1 ) Declaration of appropriate food safety regulations ( prescribed form )
2 ) The information about the product ( prescribed form )
3 ) product test results within 12 months , including the main quality indicators , safety indicators , because of the following subjects : laboratories state agency or authority designated laboratories recognized independent testing ( the original or a certified copy ) , or laboratory of the country of origin is competent authorities in Vietnam acknowledged ( notarized copies 03 ) .
4 ) periodic monitoring plan ( 03 copies certified by the enterprise) ;
5 ) Form the product label circulation in the country of origin and labeled in Vietnamese women ( 03 certified copies of business ) ;
6 ) Form the finished product for the first time products imported into Vietnam for comparison when filing ;
7 ) business registration certificate of business or food certification entity for organizations and individuals to import food ( 03 certified copy ) ;
8 ) Certificate establishments eligible for food safety import facility subject to the certification basis of qualified food safety in accordance with ( 03 certified copy ) ;
9 ) appropriate certificate HACCP or ISO 22000 or equivalent in the case of organizations and individuals to produce products with quality management system is certified to HACCP or ISO 22000 or equivalent ( 03 a certified copy ) .
