Investment Procedures:
STAGE 1: OVERVIEW OF LEGAL REGULATIONS OF INVESTMENT
NVCS will provide an overview of the law on Foreign Investment in Vietnam, the type and form of investment as well as the investment field, based on the legal knowledge and practical experience of the NVCS.
NVCS is pleased to answer the following questions for foreign investors.
– Is the investor allowed to invest in the field that the investor intends to invest?
– If so, what procedures should be conducted in accordance with investment law in particular and other relevant regulations?
– The approval of relevant agencies of Vietnam
– What kind of licenses are required?
– The legal consequences if any are “CRIMINAL” or just “CIVIL, ADMINISTRATIVE ” issues?
STAGE 2: APPLY FOR INVESTMENT REGISTERED CERTIFICATE
NVCS will provide detailed advice of provedures, stages and documents required to prepare for the application for investment registered certificate in Vietnam.
Draft the necessary documents to apply for a foreign investment license in Vietnam to the investor.
On behalf of the foreign investor to submit the application form to the competent authority to obtain the investment registered certificate and receive results.
STAGE 3: ADVISING ON RELEVANT LEGAL PROCEDURES AFTER RECEIVING THE INVESTMENT REGISTERED CERTIFICATE.
– Appling for a Enterprise registered certificate
– Tax registration with the tax administration in Vietnam
– Registering insurance with the insurance agency.
– Labor contracts with employees
– Regulations on transferring investment capital into Vietnam and transferring profits back to country of the investor
– Advising on intellectual property rights
– Work permits for foreigners and temporary residence cards for 2-3 years for foreigners.
