Current Trademark Registration Fees and Charges
Based on the Schedule of Fees for Industrial Property Rights issued under Circular 263/2016/TT-BTC, the current trademark registration fees in Vietnam are as follows:
- Application Fee: 150,000 VND
- Application Publication Fee: 120,000 VND
- Search Fee for Preliminary Examination: 180,000 VND per product/service class
- Search Fee for Each Additional Product/Service (from the 7th onward): 30,000 VND per product/service
- Substantive Examination Fee: 550,000 VND per product/service class
- Substantive Examination Fee for Each Additional Product/Service (from the 7th onward): 120,000 VND per product/service
- Fee for Evaluating Priority Rights Request: 600,000 VND per application
- International Classification Fee for Goods/Services: 100,000 VND
- Registration Fee for Issuance of Protection Title Decision: 120,000 VND
- Publication Fee for Protection Title Decision: 120,000 VND
- Fee for Issuance of Trademark Registration Certificate: 120,000 VND
